Does Dynek conduct Suture Workshops?
We have always valued support for exhibitions in the surgical area. Most recently we have supported suturing workshops which are a great way for doctors and nurses to learn about sutures, and in particular some fundamental principles and practices in how to use them. We have conducted various suturing workshops for medical students in universities, for nurse training and in specialty areas such as dermatology, just to mention a few. Dynek is also participating in the first National Clinical Skills Program (NCSP), conducted as a series of rolling workshops around Australia by The Benchmarque Group. We have supported many groups and charities in Australia and overseas with products, particularly in times of crises.

Research and development is a fundamental part of our company development.
We have, along with other research laboratories in Australia and overseas, developed unique and clinically beneficial sutures.
The advantage of institutions and organisations collaborating with us in the area of wound management is our extensive knowledge and experience in regulatory affairs for medical device manufacture, spanning some 35 years.
Our extensive experience in bringing products to market has been proven many times, and encompasses technical and commercial feasibility assessment, proof-of-concept, development, cleanroom manufacture, production/distribution logistics and sales and marketing.

Is Dynek a public company?
No, Dynek is a privately owned. The company was started in 1974 by two enthusiastic Australians, who still continue to expand and support the business.
