Known as the K-TANA needle, the needle has been engineered to be one of the sharpest available.
“Over recent years, the need for sharper and finer needles for use in delicate skin surgery has become more and more important,” said Dynek's Managing Director, Dr Patricia Crook.
“Surgery where a patient expects an 'invisible' outcome – on the face for example – is reliant not only on surgical technique, but the 'tools' with which the surgeon works.”
'The K-Tana needle is a major step forward in that regard.
Because the needle is so fine and sharp, it effectively glides through the skin, leaving the barest trace of its presence.
“This is one of the sharpest needles produced in a long time and we believe it will assist surgeons achieve excellent clinical outcomes,” Dr Crook said.
