Dynek Pty Ltd is a wholly Australian owned manufacturer of surgical sutures, based at Hendon in the western suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia, but global in outlook and impact.

Employment opportunities are arising due to expansion and growth – Dynek will need additional, highly dedicated people looking for stable, secure employment and who can contribute to the achievement of our goals.

All areas of the Dynek operation require proven computer literacy, and high levels of written and oral communication skills.

Ours is a highly regulated industry – you must be prepared to work within an audited environment of standard operating procedures.

We service the medical profession at all levels throughout Australia, and our export department works with distributors in more than 60 countries around the world.

Production is carried out in a state-of-the-art manufacturing laboratory

We offer a 38 hour, 5 day working week, paid weekly, and we will consider flexible hours or part time arrangements.

Career in Production

The manufacture of surgical sutures is still largely a manual process

Hand assembly of surgical suture, by swaging (joining) surgical needle to the suture thread, winding and packaging

Meticulous process work, requiring high level dexterity of fingers and hands, concentration and attention to detail

Willingness to be trained in processes governed by documented Standard Operating Procedures

Working in sanitary, clinical conditions with absolute commitment to cleanliness and hygiene

Note – “clean-room” conditions restrict the wearing of jewellery and make-up

All required uniforms are provided
Career in Packing & Distribution

Our product is small & light weight, but must be packed in “clean-room” conditions, to the highest medical industry standards.

- No heavy lifting required, but must be fit and able to be on the move all day
- Accuracy, attention to detail and willingness to adhere to the most rigid of standards are essential, as are computer literacy and excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to learn medical product information and codes is very important

Career in Finance

Wide range of financial & accounting functions, utilising Pastel and Access data management programs

Accounts payable/receivable, product pricing, forecasting, reporting, international exchange, inventory control, BAS, Taxation, GST, payroll, multiple currency banking and investment accounts, account reconciliation

Career in Quality Control & Quality Assurance

Quality control processes in manufacturing, packaging, shipment, sales and marketing areas

Quality assurance, risk analysis, gap analysis, root cause analysis, market surveillance, SOP generation, document management system maintenance, internal and external audit control and response, raw material and product testing, supplier audits,

Inter-agency communication on global level

- Internal communications and data base management
